How much will I reduce in a month / How much weight loss will I get in one month?
Weight loss in the first month depends upon 2 factors - weight and gender.
The weight loss depends on the extra weight you have, if the extra weight is 40 kg then in first month the loss may be 5 to 7 kilos in men and 4 to 6 kilos in women but after that it will not be more than 2 kilos per month in women and 3 kilos per month in men. Apart from these factors the efforts put in by the individual too matters because if lot of deviations are done the weight loss drops. That is why we do not aim at over promising but in providing weight loss in a scientific manner.

Is this assured that I'll loose weight / do we get the guaranteed weight loss?
Since we are in health care industry, we are not allowed to give guarantees on results but we guarantee our process being scientific involving one of the best professionals in terms of knowledge. In case you want assurance you may come to any of the clinics between 8 am to 4 pm and meet any client who is currently on the program .We have a transparent system and you are free to talk to any client, but yes according to medical confidentiality norms can not give any clients information to you.

How many visits will I have to make to your clinic?
We encourage you to come at least 2 times a week as a higher interaction helps the client to lose weight in a better manner. Since monitoring and follow-up is integral part and this aims at giving you results in a better manner, therefore in your interest only we call you more frequently to assess your body's compatibility towards the plans and then to provide advisory accordingly.

After the completion of the program will the weight be stable or I'll put on again?
The completion of the program is not when the weight loss period ends but after 6 months of maintenance. If you do not take up a maintenance program, the weight might not become stable. Also you can not move to your normal plans which were being followed before enrolling because they were faulty and led to weight gain , so you have to eat in a healthier way.

Is it compulsory to get the tests done, even if I know my blood group?
The tests are to be done as they are for your benefit only. Most people in our country never get a routine health check up done which can help them to know about their internal health status. That is why disease always strike as an unpleasant surprise.

Will there be a restriction on the quantity of food while a person is on your programme?
No, since ours is a therapeutic weight loss programme we aim at including right kind of nutrition, herbs and lifestyle according to the genetic makeup of a person following the concept of Nutrigenetics and therefore we refrain from giving low calorie plans or we do not believe in cutting down calories or quantities since low calorie plans have lot of side effects and do not give a sustainable weight loss, therefore we aim at nourishing rather than punishing.
