Dr. Shikha Sharma addessed the audience at The Gymkhana Club, Sector- 15A, Faridabad on june 2006. She was among the various medical specialists who spoke on the menopause related disorders and their management. Dr Shikha Sharma shared her experience on the important issue of "Managing Obeity after menopause".

Wellness for the Corporate:

Keeping in view of the ever-increasing demand of achieving optimum health among the corporate employees, for increased productivity and peak performance, a workshop was organized by the team of Dr. Shikhas Nutri-Health Systems Pvt. Ltd. at Discovery India's New Delhi office and Arerican Express office at Mathura Road.

The wellness team of Dr. Shikhas Nutri-Health Systems Pvt. Ltd. gave valueable tips to the executives of the two organizations on the concept of wellness encompassing Ayurveda, Nutrition, stress management, yoga and healthy cooking. A show case menu of Healthy food was laid on the occasion. The events werel held on 30th June 2006 and 8th of Aug 2006 respectivily and proved to be a great success.
