Garlic Mushroom

Ingredients

500 gm whole mushrooms

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp chopped garlic

½ tbsp chopped coriander

1 lemon juice

1 tbsp white wine

¼ tsp roasted, ground cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Method

Heat oil in a pan; sauté garlic for few minutes, add mushrooms to the pan, cook for 2 minutes. After this add all the ingredients and sauté again for another 5 minutes and serve it.
